"As visitors descend the staircase, audio presentations from speakers strategically placed in seven locations within the Kishle chamber gradually rise in volume, providing a sense of grounding within a deep recess of the Earth. These sounds, crafted by Matan Daskal, emanate from 12 separate outputs, creating an almost out-of-body experience for visitors that encourages them to fully engage with the building and the works within it." REBECCA SZLECHTER, RIKKI ZAGELBAUM, The Jerusalem Post.

Sound Installation for Eleven Speakers Performed by Castle in Time Orchestra.
Electronic sounds from an immersive sound installation by Matan Daskal emanate from speakers embedded in various locations within the Kishle structure. This underground living network, a kind of hidden sound field, offers a “grounding” to visitors. The sounds connect to archetypal earth rituals, awakening awareness of the captivating architectural environment. The sonic intervention in the space invites the audience to experience the varied and changing presence of art throughout the Kishle.
